While we believe this event will be profitable for you, we cannot warrant or guarantee any particular results, nor do we guarantee a specific number of attendees.
We encourage you to help promote this event to your fan base. We currently see approximately 1000 each weekend and we will be promoting the event to our community.
Our festival will run from 11am – 7pm. Most vendors will want to stay for the entire event.
Rather than asking you to invest a fee toward an unknown return, we ask that you partner with us. We will ask that you donate a portion of your proceeds back to us.
You must provide your own tent, table, chairs, and fixtures. We will provide a 12 x 12 space. We are unable to provide electricity or water to your space. We will provide trash removal.
We anticipate having wifi for vendors using Square or other mobile payment systems.
